**Special presentation from Andres Perez-Celis (BYU): Statistical method to extract multiple-cell upsets of SRAM-based FPGAs.** \\

Jim hosts the meeting, and makes a couple of announcements on behalf of Gary.\\
**The Annual Meeting will be split into two pieces**; a **main Annual Meeting** (~ third week of February, two and a half days plus a half-day Workshop), and also an **Infrastructure Workshop** (full day, preliminary set-up for 21st. August).
